Describe what makes your business unique, what your customers love about your business?
I would say one thing that makes us unique is that we are an experienced crew comprised of young and vibrant crew members. With all of us being from diverse backgrounds, it really lets us relate to a wide range of customers while providing a personal service that is genuine. We proudly have a sports themed location where you are surrounded by signed jerseys, posters, and other sports memorabilia that is sure to provide a unique experience for every customer.
Describe your primary business and services?
Our main focus at Sports Barbers is to provide Nanaimo with award winning barber services like hot cream straight razor shaves, classic hair cuts, and group packages for special occasions along with top tier styling and grooming products.
What is the most important thing you want customers to know about your business?
Our first focus is to let everyone know that we take the current pandemic seriously. With extensive research and consultation with WCB, our health & safety protocols are followed by all crew members to provide you a safe and fun experience. Secondly we would like to make sure that everyone knows that they are welcome. Although we are a classic sports themed barbershop, we also provide services for women as well.
What does supporting organic and fair-trade products mean to you and your business?
Our suppliers are a part of our family and this is very important to us. We really do try to source the best products to offer our customers and absolutely love carrying fair trade and organic products. We believe this means that we are doing the best that we can to offer our customers access to unique and healthy products.
What is it like to work with Big City Beards?
Big City Beards has been a dream retail partner for us. We are truly blessed to be working together with the BCB team and consider this relationship to be like a family connection. We are looking forward to working together for a long time to come.
