We will contact you and provide you with a product return/exchange number and instruction for shipping the product back to us. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the original packaging with the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Products purchased through one of our Retailers
Products purchased through our Retailers can be returned through the original Retailer purchased from for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the original packaging with the original receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that you will be required to fill out a Product Return/Exchange form at the Retailer to process your return or exchange. Processing Refunds Or Exchanges
Purchases Made From Website
Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. Please note; to be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the original packaging with the original receipt or proof of purchase. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 business days. If you purchased your product from one of our Retailers, your refund or exchange will be processed onsite. Please note; to be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the original packaging with the original receipt or proof of purchase. Late or Missing Refunds
If you purchased your product from our website and you haven’t received your refund yet; please note it can take up to 5 business days to process before your refund is officially posted by your Bank or Credit Card company. Fundraiser, Sale and Clearance Items
Clearly marked sale items purchased through our website can only be returned for a credit to your account. Clearly marked Fundraiser and/or Clearance items purchased through our website are not eligible for refund or exchange. Exchanges for Defective & Damaged Website Purchases
We only replace items with no shipping costs if they are defective or damaged. Please send us a picture of the damaged of defective item and we will send you an email to confirm we have received your claim. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange based on our sole discretion. If you are approved, then your claim will be processed and we will ship a replacement item within 5 business days. Return Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note; to be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the original packaging with the original receipt or proof of purchase. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We recommend that if you are shipping an item over $75, that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
